Lemon Balm (Melissa Officinalis)*†: Our lemon balm is both organically farmed and wild-harvested right here on southern Vancouver Island. We utilize the young tops of the plant, which provide the most potent (and fragrant) plant medicine.
Organic Grain Alcohol: We are proud to offer a truly local and unique line of tinctures made with the the highest-quality alcohol from Ampersand Distillery. This clear, smooth alcohol is locally-produced in Duncan, BC and is made using milled, fermented, and distilled wheat from certified organic BC farms. *For those with celiac disease or sensitivity to gluten, please note that once grain is distilled, there are no traceable levels of gluten remaining in the alcohol. As such, it is considered to be gluten-free.*
Fresh herb / menstruum ratio: 1:3 @ 60% ABV

ADULTS: Take 1-2 mL (30-60 drops) in a little water on an empty stomach, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
