Self-Heal Tincture
Also known as "heal-all", this herb is an essential addition to any medicine cabinet for its ability to soothe various ailments. Self heal tincture can provide relief from inflammatory bowel disease, diarrhea, digestive upset, and stomach irritation. It is also commonly used to provide relief for a sore throat, as well as for mouth and throat ulcers. It can encourage lymphatic drainage and is helpful for those experiencing painful/swollen breasts, systemic cysts, mastitis, and sore nipples.

Organic Grain Alcohol: We are proud to offer a truly local and unique line of tinctures made with the the highest-quality alcohol from Ampersand Distillery. This clear, smooth alcohol is locally-produced in Duncan, BC and is made using milled, fermented, and distilled wheat from certified organic BC farms. *For those with celiac disease or sensitivity to gluten, please note that once any grain is distilled, there are no traceable levels of gluten remaining in the alcohol. As such, it is considered to be gluten-free.*
Fresh herb / menstruum ratio: 1:3 @ 70% ABV

ADULTS: Take 0.5-1 mL (15-30 drops) up to 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
