Our products are created fresh, for you, with care and commitment to the highest quality possible. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have before placing an order. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please send us an email and we will do our best to make it right.
All orders are shipped from our location in Victoria, BC within 2-5 business days. Please note we currently ship our products within Canada only. All product and shipping prices are in Canadian dollars.
Valerian Root (Valeriana wallichii)*: Valerian helps to relax the body and mind by reducing stress levels, easing inflammation, and improving sleep quality. It can be especially beneficial for those having issues with sleep due to PMS and menopausal symptoms!
Peppermint (Mentha piperita)*: Peppermint leaves help to ease digestive issues, relieve tension headaches and migraines, improve sleep quality, and freshen the breath. It's minty taste also helps to offset the more bitter herbs (like Valerian) in this blend.
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata)*: This beautiful flower is truly a sight to behold, as its bright colors and unique patterns bloom for only one day before beginning it begins its journey to transform into delectable passionfruit. It's leaves and flowers are hand-picked during their prime, set out to dry, and combined in our sleepy tea blend to relieve nervousness, anxiety, stress, and help you wind down at the end of the day.
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)*: Chamomile is a popular choice is sleep-inducing teas thanks to its gentle sedative effect. Chamomile goes beyond helping lull you to sleep by actually improving overall sleep quality, allowing you to wake up feeling refreshed and well-rested in the morning. It can also help to ease anxiety, depression, and inflammation.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis)*: Lemon balm is a wonderfully bright-tasting herb with very relaxing properties. It can help to ease anxiety and stress as well as pain and discomfort from indigestion. It's calming properties make it an excellent ally for our Sleepy Tea, as it helps to improve sleep quality and relax the body/mind in preparation for rest.
Lavender (Lavandula officinalis)*: Lavender is one of the most soothing, calming, and anxiety-reducing herbs on the planet. It's calming properties help to diffuse tension in the body and mind, as well as improve overall mood, induce relaxation, and even help with depression when taken regularly.
